Red-veined Drop-wing is a common and widespread dragonfly on the African continent and is also found in Asia Minor. It's larva lives in a wide variety of freshwater habitats. The specimen at left was using a small man-made lily pond. Libellulidae -- Skimmer Dragonfly FamilyMore Information: |
