- Range: This example was found in Kerio Valley, Kenya in the understory of a seasonally dry woodland.

Disc Flowers: The yellow disc flowers are numerous. The heads are small, about 10mm dia.

Ray Flowers: About a dozen yellow rays.

Phyllaries: A single series of, glabrous, narrow bracts are fused into a tight cup.

Leaves: The leaves have long petioles and a fan-shaped terminal lobe. Smooth, without hairs.

Herbaceous: Plants were small, about 10cm tall.
